Teriyaki Salmon

15 - 30 minutes
Ingredients:
5 oz Salmon
1/4 c soy sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp mustard powder
Foil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Make a foil boat around salmon.
Place rest of ingredients over top (ginger and mustard powders optional, but better with it).
Roll ends of foil over top, leaving air space above salmon to steam.
Place foil boat on cookie sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is light pink color.
