Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients:
2 servings of your favorite pasta
1 tablespoon butter or oil
1/2 yellow onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 slices bacon
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan
Directions:
Boil the pasta. Chop onion into small pieces. In a separate skillet, saute the onion with butter over medium-low heat until clear. Chop the bacon and garlic if needed. When the onion is almost done, add garlic and bacon to skillet and finish cooking. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Crack eggs into skillet and mix until cooked through. Mix in parmesan and serve.

This isn't a saucy pasta. I like to keep a little of the pasta water to add in at the end. Otherwise, the taste is strong and amazing!
